Refund Policy

At Talune Beauty, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify.

Please note:

  • Gift cards, final sale items, and opened lip care or personal beauty items are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund:

Email us at talunebeauty@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund — including shipping costs.
